Our indoor and outdoor group training sessions are effective, functional, motivating, challenging and lots of fun! These sessions will Increase your fitness levels, tighten up your tummy, tone your arms and Legs, help you lose that ‘muffin top’, improve your energy levels and beat insomnia.

Group training is a systematic, dynamic and functional workout program designed by our personal trainer with the goal to increase muscle tone, muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness and core strength, exercises are explained and monitored for technique and safety, Workouts vary every time for maximum results minimum time and different exercise variations are offered according to the individuals fitness levels. Group training is like a personal training session shared with friends.
